Dungeons & Dragons: Meet the DM

We're starting a D&D group!

Join us for this flexible, drop-in experience where participants can join at any time! The core program outline will repeat four to five times throughout the event so new arrivals can easily catch the full overview.

Between outline cycles, time will be used for collaborative character building, brainstorming story ideas, and discussing the types of games participants want to play.

Program Outline

• Game Master & Table Overview (Approx. 5 Minutes)
• Roleplay and combat balance
• Campaign overview examples
• Table strengths and support tools
• Player expectations and table etiquette

Character Creation Walkthrough (Approx. 5 Minutes)

• Best practices and common mistakes in character building
• Expectations for backstories and motivations
• Tips for creating strong story-driven characters

This session is great for new players, experienced players, and anyone interested in collaborative storytelling through tabletop roleplaying games.

This program is intended for those 16+.
