Event Details

Ribbon skirt class @ the Tahlequah Public Library! Participants aged 15+ are encouraged to sign up for this start to finish workshop on basic ribbon skirt making. Participants will need to bring their own supplies.  Due to the strenuous nature of this start-to-finish workshop we will only be able to have 10 slots for people to sign up. Sign up today!
