Event Details:

SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.

Registration packet can be picked up at Eufaula Memorial Library.

StoryWalk® combines family time, physical activity, and literacy in a fun, interactive walk in nature. Through this experience, we hope to encourage a lifelong love of reading, physical activity, and the great outdoors! StoryWalk® is a health literacy initiative of the Eastern Oklahoma Library System and is sponsored by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and Institute of Museum and Library Services.
