SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.
Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.
Tai Chi for Better Balance is for people at
all levels of mobility and can be done while sitting.
Triad Eye Institute is offering free eye exams at the library for adults aged 55+.

Eye Ball 101 is a one hour comprehensive overview of eye health and an overview of the four main medical conditions that affect eyesight among older adults.
GED Social Studies class is available for adults 18 and over in-person and online from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. each Tuesday.
