Online School Day
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
Registration packet can be picked up at Eufaula Memorial Library.

Stand TALL and donate at the Delaware County Library Blood Drive on Wednesday, April 24th from 10am-2pm in the meeting room. Donors will also be entered into a drawing for a gift basket!

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.

Fundamentals of Art I
Level I of perspective art. Participants learn and use art vocabulary and art techniques to create colorful memories. Experience with Art I suggested. Youth 12+.
You are invited to join our knitting club at the Q! If you'd like to try your hand at knitting, the club is free to attend. We will be providing in-person help and also using Knitrino, a new technology built to make learning knitting easier.
