SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life) Off Site Event
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
Registration packet can be picked up at Eufaula Memorial Library.

Storytime makes learning fun! Storytime introduces young children to books, rhymes, music, and other literacy-based activities.
This isn't just a crafting session—it's engineering! As kids tinker and tweak their designs, they'll uncover the secrets of tension, force, and trajectory. Can they hit the target? Knock down the tower of cups?
Storytime makes learning an adventure! Storytimes act as an integral part of early literacy education by introducing young children to books, rhymes, music and other literacy-based activities. Ages 5 and under.

Rich's program theme is on ADVENTURE!.... Rich will lead your kids on a creativity adventure using drawing! You will follow him as he tells a story and create a map of our adventure in search of something.
StoryWalk® combines family time, physical activity, and literacy in a fun, interactive walk in nature. Through this experience, we hope to encourage a lifelong love of reading, physical activity, and the great outdoors! The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT, and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
