Adult GED classes help adults earn their GED certificate by covering key subjects like math, science, social studies, and language arts.
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.

Guitar classes for all levels teach techniques and skills for beginners to advanced players. Lessons cover chords, scales, strumming, and music theory, helping students play confidently in various styles.
Kids ages 6-11 are invited to come build a dino from an assortment of craft supplies. There is no right or wrong way! They will use their imaginations and learn through the process of experimentation and trial and error.
