Winter STEAM: Valentine's Day Thaumatrope
Kids ages 6-18 can drop in anytime Wed. 2/12 from 9am-6pm and create a Valentine's Day Thaumatrope! Explore optical illusions and persistence of vision with this simple STEAM activity. All supplies provided.
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
