SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.

StoryWalk® combines family time, physical activity, and literacy in a fun, interactive walk in nature. Through this experience, we hope to encourage a lifelong love of reading, physical activity, and the great outdoors! The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT, and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.

Explore the StoryWalk Trail while enjoying a fun Spring favorite "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" By Eric Carle.  During this event, children can participate in a craft and children's book giveaway.
