SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.

Summer Reading Kickoff Messtival
We will start our Summer Reading Program with a blast again this year with all sorts of fun and messy projects for the entire family. This year's Kickoff Messtival will take place May 29th from 12:15 pm to 2:15 pm at the Kansas City Park.
The four day camp will explore fun activites and resources used in the library's makerspace! Join us for daily activities that include using a heat press, laser cutter, and a vinyl cutting machine.
