SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
Introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a fun and positive environment, including books, songs, and activities that are sure to inspire a love of reading. Ages 0-2.
