Line Dancing
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.

Adult and Teen Watercolor Doodle Fun
Tap into your creative side with this lighthearted watercolor doodle class, perfect for both teens and adults. Each session offers a relaxing blend of simple watercolor techniques with fun and imaginative doodling.
Tweens and Teens ages 10-18 are invited to make Japanese kumihimo braids, watch anime and drink boba tea. Space is limited to 50 kids.
