Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
Bug Day
This year we will not only have "Bug Night" but also "Bug Day." If your kids are not up for the late night adventures of Bug Night, or if they just need double the bugs, join us for our first Bug Day.
