SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercises, as well as a cool down period.
Introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a fun and positive environment, including books, songs, and activities that are sure to inspire a love of reading. Ages 0-2.

Attend this 8 week class hosted by Cherokee Nation Public Health, and get the support you need to quit smoking/vaping/dipping for good. Classes are on Tuesdays from 12pm - 1pm.

Adventuring through table top role playing games! Learn teamwork, strategy, and leadership while weaving an intricate and engaging story.
In D&D, each player creates a heroic character to represent them in the game: this might be a skilled fighter, a devout cleric, a deadly rogue, a spellcasting wizard, or something else entirely!
The competition will be between library staff and the Friends of the Library.
The judges will be impartial. The public is welcome to attend!
