Low impact exercises designed to help seniors with balance and mobility. Program is free of charge and all are welcome to join.

Storytime makes learning fun! Early Literacy Storytime introduces young children to books, rhymes, music, and other literacy-based activities. Storytime is for children ages 0-5 and their grown-ups.
Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.
SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk or falls.
