SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.
Easy to learn and fun to practice! Reduce the risk and fear of falling. Improve balance and posture. Promote blood flow, muscular strength, and flexibility. Increase energy levels, Lower high blood pressure. Relieve stress.
Creative story time with shared read-aloud and follow-up activity.
Introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a fun and positive environment! Storytime introduces children ages 0-4 to books, rhymes, music, and other literacy-based activities.
This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older.
The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.
Agriculture and 4-H classes offered by the OSU Extension office for children K - 12.
