The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.
Introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a fun and positive environment! Storytime introduces children ages 0-4 to books, rhymes, music, and other literacy-based activities.
