Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing book, watching the video series, and meeting in a discussion group to talk about the most critical global issues facing America today. Each year, eight topics are chosen by a panel of experts. 

As democracy and human rights retreat globally—and the U.S. pulls back—how can civil society and legal norms remain effective in a divided world? What is the role and force of international law in this era of impunity?

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.  

This is for participants who have taken a previous Tai Chi class and would like to practice with others. Enjoy a fun and relaxing Tai Chi session to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.
