Art, friends, and a time to be creative are all a part of this Summer Program to help "Color Our World."  This week's project focuses on Famous Painting Mashups.   

People Inc. will be helping kids have fun while learning! Ages 6 - 18

This week they will starting seeds in a terrarium.

Give your kids a unique drawing experience exploring their creativity with this interactive program! Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Join us at the library for an exciting robotics demonstration with F.R.O.G. (FIRST Robotics Organization of Grove) Team 3160!

Make a masterpiece sculpture in our salt-dough sculpture class.

For ages 6-11

Build your own robot sculpture from recycled "junk"! Turn found objects and recycled materials into funky, one-of-a-kind Junk Bots!

Calling all curious kids, ages 6-11! Join us at the library for a fun and interactive Weather Science STEM program. We'll explore what makes weather happen through hands-on experiments and exciting activities! 

Have the time of your life while painting in the dark with glow paint! Everything will be supplied by Kansas, but please wear clothes that can get dirty. You might get paint on them! 

Kids ages 6-18 - come color your world and create a yummy artist palette cookie! All supplies provided but space is limited to the first 30 kids.

Join Valerie from Greenleaf State Park as she guides us on a nature scavenger hunt, then make a special art project with your findings!

Escape from the Museum Marble Maze.  Are you risky enough to take on the challenge? 

Spend 8 weeks writing your own book. Each participant will write, edit, and illustrate their book. At the end of the summer, they will be able to share their books at the author meet and greet at the library.

Sensory Hour provides a calm, low-stimulation environment for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Lights are dimmed, noise is reduced, and the space is designed for comfort and accessibility.

Kids age 6 - 11 will experience science, technology, engineering and math while having fun.

Local Master Gardener Edie Cogdill leads simple, fun, and FREE gardening projects designed for all ages!

Winners will be announced and prizes will presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group.

Bug Night is back!!
Learn about the wonderful world of insects with this hands on experience. Tessa will be leading you through one of her favorite activities, catching and identifying insects.
