Friends of Eufaula Memorial Library: Speaker Series

Kay Foley Owens will speak on "Eufaula in the Early Days" when her grandfather was the city's first mayor. 

Kay lived in Eufaula until 1971, visited often, and returned in 2014 after retirement. Her father Marshall Foley, son of Cornelius E. Foley, was an avid historian. Kay will share her father's extensive notes about Eufaula and the Indian Territory back then.
