Tai Chi Tuesdays* at 10am at the Library!
A Chinese martial art and meditative practice characterized by slow, deliberate movements, deep breathing, and a focus on mind-body connection. It originated as a self-defense technique but today it is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, stress reduction, pain relief and enhanced cognitive function.
* We will meet every 1st, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of the month.
