Early Literacy Storytime: All About Pigs!
Storytime makes learning fun! Storytimes act as an integral part of early literacy education by introducing young children to books, rhymes, music, and other literacy-based activities.
Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that was designed to be used in community-based organizations. Accumulating evidence suggests that Tai Chi eight-form exercises are an effective means of improving balance, functional limitations, and muscle strength, which reduce the risk of falling.
Local certified yoga instructor Keri Combs presents Yoga for Kids! These classes are for boys and girls ages 6-11. Children are encouraged to bring their own mats, but a few will be available if needed. Please register if you'd like to attend.
