Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs.

These weekly classes consist of wellness and cultural lessons or demonstrations for ages 10+. Each week will be a different project.
 

The library's Follansbee Room will be used as a polling place for the election taking place on Tuesday, April 7th, from 7:00AM until 7:00PM. The lobby, meeting room, and restroom facilities will be accessible during this time.

This interactive experience takes an in-depth look at the very different jobs that help make space exploration possible including scientists, scuba divers, doctors, teachers, engineers and so many more talented professionals. 

As democracy and human rights retreat globally—and the U.S. pulls back—how can civil society and legal norms remain effective in a divided world? What is the role and force of international law in this era of impunity?

Dr. James Fink will speak on the unsung "Homefront Heroics During the Civil War."

Kim Woodruff will give an intimate glimpse of "Behind the Scenes at Under One Roof." 

Bart Taylor, also known as Buckaroo Bart, will talk about the significance of Will's life and character, highlighting his lasting influence on American history.

Eyakem Gulilat and Evan Clayburg will present "Brewing Dialogue: The Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony." 

Klint Schor's topic will be "When Sculpture Meets Soul" and he'll show dozens that prove it. 

A full-time artist and fabricator, Klint has completed more than 50 public and private art commissions. 

Howard Riback will present "The New Scams Targeting You--and How to Outsmart Them." 

Senior Geek computer expert, Howard focuses on helping others avoid fraud. 

Bob Donohoo's topic will be "Our Founding Fathers' Fight About Our Constitution."

Lenore Bechtel's topic will be "How Eufaula Evolved: A Slide Show of Noted Moments and People."

Lenore is a professional writer of seven published books, thirteen produced plays, and hundreds of new stories.
