SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. 
 

Introduce your child to the joys and culture of reading in a fun and positive environment, including books, songs, and activities that are sure to inspire a love of reading. Ages 0-3.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older.

The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.

OSU Extension, Muskogee County 4-H present Ag in the Classroom. They will be presenting agriculture -related activities and information while reinforcing multiple subject areas.  Great for K-6 afterschool or Homeschool children.

Kids ages 6-14 will be engaged in learning about forces, motion, and simple machines.

We want you to make as many cards as you can, because we will be giving them to the residents of the Roland Nursing Home for Valentine's Day!
