We’re excited to offer SAIL (Staying Active & Independent for Life) at the Hulbert Community Library!

This class is designed for adults looking to stay active and independent, with exercises that can be done sitting or standing πŸ™Œ

Each session includes warm-ups, stretching, cardio, balance, and strength training led by an instructor from OHAI (Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative).
