Teen Cuisine helps teens become self-sufficient in the kitchen while teaching them healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Each lesson will have nutrition, food safety, food preparation, and physical activity. Have fun learning how to read food labels to choose healthier foods, identify proper portion size, plan meals and snacks, use safe food handling practices, and use cooking techniques to prepare recipes.
